Hi and welcome to my blog, Miracles in Waiting! A little about me before sharing a few posts that I think you should check out. I’ve been married for 10 years to my soul mate. I never really believed in soul mates until I realized I’d married mine. We are two completely different individuals from the way we think to the way we support rival teams in certain sports. Even with all our differences we communicate and make our relationship work because that’s what you do when you choose to love someone for life.
I work in Early Childhood as an infant teacher. Early childhood education is my passion and I couldn’t ask for better employment. It’s pretty amazing when you can work at a place that your employer cares about you and your well being as much as you do with the children in your care. If you are wondering what an infant teacher does, don’t worry, I have a post about that. It can be found here. Enjoy and be informed.
Below are a few posts that say a little about me. Just a few days before we transformed my old blog “Our Journey” to “Miracles in Waiting” I wrote this post Reflection after going back and looking through the blog I hadn’t visited or updated in quite awhile.
Another great post from the past is the one titled Our Journey. This one takes you to the day Paul and I met way back in March of 2001. It’s also a different post then the one you’ll find if you click “Our Journey” on the menu tab at the top of my blog. That link will take you to an explanation of the more recent journey we find ourselves on.
We are on quite the journey, which in 2011 started to include trying to start a family. It hasn’t been exactly how we expected or as quickly as we’d like it to have been BUT we like to say “We’re in it together”!
